As Dan has already fantastically explained what is going on in the Ukraine, someone managed to fly a drone over Kiev after the truce broke down. Molotov cocktail fire can be seen throughout and the scope of the protests is really showcased. I can’t help but think of the scene near the end of Children of Men as I watch all the coverage. Especially with a mob straight-up destroying this government vehicle.
The video was uploaded by Russia Times which is pretty much Russia’s propaganda arm for stories. Not sure what they were going with by showing protesters risk their lives, but when the police are giving up, you might have a problem.
